Hi! My name is Adam, and I offer meditation and meditative yoga experiences that are specially designed to help people improve themselves and their lives; heal; and accomplish their goals — whether they be material, spiritual, or both.
My approach is practical, easy-to-understand, clear, and logical, infusing wisdom of the ancient spiritual/mystical traditions of the East with rational thinking and modern science of the West.


Through a unique combination of high-quality teachings, practice, and inspirational guidance, I teach meditation and a meditative style of yoga as strong instruments for creating powerful and meaningful change, starting from within.
