Yoga and meditation have been a big part of my life for a very long time, more than thirty years. My journey began in high school when I started practicing yoga to improve flexibility and enhance athletic performance. What began as a simple stretching routine quickly evolved into something much deeper: a lifelong exploration of movement, stillness, and self-discovery.
For over twenty years, I have been teaching yoga and meditation internationally, working with people of all ages and abilities. My path has taken me from ashrams and monasteries in India and Thailand to yoga studios across the U.S., immersing myself in diverse styles of yoga and meditation. Along the way, I have also explored the wisdom of the world’s spiritual and mystical traditions through academic study and personal experience.
Whether I am teaching group classes, private coaching sessions, workshops, trainings, or retreats, my approach remains the same: to guide experiences that make yoga accessible, logical, and transformative. My style blends classical Hatha Yoga with Buddhist thought, infused with insights from time-honored spiritual traditions and healing modalities. Known for my meditative approach, I guide students from precise physical alignment into the deeper layers of being, where relaxation, awareness, and presence lead to true Yoga, union with the divine.
If you’re looking for a practice that goes beyond the physical, helping you cultivate stillness, clarity, and a profound sense of well-being, I’d love to practice with you.
