New to yoga? Private sessions could be the perfect thing for you!

If you are intimidated by a public class environment or wanting to join the neighborhood yoga studio or yoga class at the gym but feel too shy to jump in – then learning in the comfort of your own home or office could be the perfect start!

Personal instruction allows me to focus on you and make sure you are getting off to an appropriate start:

  • Learn which type of yoga works best for you. There are many styles of yoga available; I can help you to understand the differences among them and recommend what types of yoga best meet your needs
  • Develop your confidence by learning the fundamentals of yoga (including yoga “lingo” and the poses you want to know), in a comfortable environment
  • Go at your pace, not the pace of a class
  • Get all the attention you need to enter poses safely, hold them safely, and come out of poses safely
  • Learn at the right pace for you: ask questions when you like, take your time learning the poses, rest when you need to
  • Get a program tailored to you and your individual needs
  • Ask questions you may not feel comfortable asking in a group setting
  • Receive the support you need to begin your own yoga practice!
  • Get the individual attention you need to succeed!
